Before the first BONEMEN has been deployed to a planet there will already have been hundreds Zotz released onto targeted worlds; spreading Xibalban bioweapon plagues and disrupting any natural ecosystems. Though they are bred by the Rot Lords they will not obey anyone other than another powerful bat. The bloodline of the CAMAZOTZ keep them in check across all infested planets (ZOTZ cannot survive in vacuum so they cannot spread to non-contested worlds)
