Hello everyone, I'm currently working on an improved version of

and I can't decide which version I should make, a normal or R18 version?
So I thought I'd ask you.

The modifications don't look good if I change only one area of the image, so generally if I change one detail I change the entire image, so if I make two versions I would have to deal with the fingers and other details twice :(
