CoreProtect Edge v22.0 - Development Build 1

This build adds support for the new multithreaded server software Folia, adds logging for jukebox transactions and dragon egg teleportation, fixes several bugs, and more!
This release supports CB/Spigot/Paper/Folia 1.15 - 1.19.

- Added logging for dragon egg teleportation.
- Added player interaction logging for jukeboxes.
- Added legacy component serialization support for signs in Paper 1.17+.
- Changed minimum required version to Spigot 1.15.
- Fixed performLookup in API not returning valid block data.
- Fixed sign lookups displaying incorrectly when containing hex colors.
- Fixed incorrect amounts when dispensing items in Paper 1.19.3+.
- Fixed networking API connections being reset when reloading config.
