CoreProtect Edge v21.0 - Development Build 1

This build significantly improves performance for rollbacks, with rollback speeds now being up to 2,000% faster. It also improves the UI of lookup results, with clickable page numbers, command tooltips, and more!
This release supports CB/Spigot/Paper 1.14 - 1.18.

- Added tooltips for clickable commands in lookup results.
- Added "/co page" alias command for page lookups.
- Improved performance of rollbacks and lookups.
- Improved lookup interface and added action colours.
- Fixed coordinates in lookups not always being properly aligned.
- Fixed rare instances of SQLite database driver not being found.
