Featuring boosted stats and an even better hi-tech skill bonus.
Also - introducing CT-capsules! An artifact loot item that will replace the direct Mk2 CT loot. This item can be bought/sold and traded on the market - where the recipient can then open the capsule to yield the MK2 CT within.
This new item will help artifacters get their loot to buyers more efficiently and drive the artifact loot economy - a big source of income and activity for many players.
Still in the works are even more tweaks and buffs to artifact loots.
