Lucy's First Big Score (Draft)

Still thinking of the full story behind this one, but basically, back in the late 90s or -very- early 2000s, when the US and Russian military conducted drills and other things, an experimental MiG came along to help train alongside Lucy's squadron in Alaska, mouths off a bit to her, and something leads to something-something.
