Well that was a wonderfully successful week. π
- Per channel patterns - Done
- Intensity limit changes - Done
- Gamepad Trigger buttons - I added support for detecting how much you're pushing down analog trigger buttons.
- Reacting to vibration in video games - This is like 95% done since I decided to leverage the Intiface Game Haptics Monitor code base.
- Legal stuff - As part of figuring out how to properly attribute Intiface I went back and properly added legal disclaimers about all the vendors XToys supports.
- Piles of bug fixes - Most notably people have started using audio files in XToys and that functionality was horribly broken so a ton of work went into it this week.
Plans for this Week - Road to 1.0!
Once I finish the Kiiroo toy support I'll have covered every major sex toy vendor I know of and will also pass 150 toys supported, so I've decided it's time to finally switch over to that 1.0 milestone! π
This does mean that I'll be holding off publishing some new features and grouping them all for the 1.0 update.
Things I'll be focusing on before going to 1.0:
- Finishing the Game Haptics support
- Finishing Kiiroo/Fleshlight/OhMiBod toy support
- Adding Je Joue toy support (might release this soon since someone's asking for it)
- Updating more legal stuff including some disclaimers for risky toys like e-stim
- User email verification
- Cleaning up the info shown on the main home screen
Things that might also make it into the 1.0 update:
- Action repeat/delay in scripts
- Motion detection
- A simpler pattern creation mode - I really like how DG-Lab does their easy pattern creation so I might borrow some of their ideas
