Monday Art Drop!

Made a couple of cards this year that were outdoors-centric...
Mother's Day:
("Yahd" because my mom's from Maine; short hair because it was over a decade ago!)
Father's Day:
My brother deserved half the credit on this, for being very patient with his not-a-sports-person sister who wanted to be a part of everything anyway. Thanks, bro.

I don't do a lot of caricature gigs normally, but I've been called to do a good number of 'em this summer so far. I always kinda regret doing them (because I only like about 1/20th of 'em) and am glad I did 'em (because I like a challenge and it's pretty fuckin humbling!).
My Over The Mountain Studio Tour group is holding our Summer Show on July 21-23 in Shepherdstown this year, at a little pop-up gallery called Evolve. I'll have two framed Shepherdstown studies as well as these little framed yoga cats up for sale:
I think I've shared these here, but I wanted to show them off all framed and stuff. /:)
I'll be at our opening Friday July 21st from 5-8 if you wanna come say hi! The show will be up all that weekend.

2023-07-12 20:48:37 +0000 UTCI don't know if the pose names your studio uses include it, but ours does have "cow pose", which is the dropped-spine pose the green(?) kitty in the red top and magenta shorts is doing. So we can segue between "cat" and "cow" poses. :-)
