Studio Tour this weekenddddd then I'll shut up about itttttt!

If you ARE near Shepherdstown, we've got 8 stops open Saturday and Sunday from 10-5! This is a a free, self-guided tour of a curated list of artists in Jefferson County (includes Charles Town & Harper's Ferry) and you can plan your trip here. I'm at stop #7.
I pulled out some GWS goodies and put together some greeting cards, and finally framed & priced out some original art that I like a lot. I also set up a little process slideshow to display how I make an Elephant Town page (I'll share that with patrons later, when I can get photos that aren't HORRENDOUSLY ORANGE).
Speaking of horrendously orange, please excuse the lighting, it is VERY AUTUMNAL. I included photos of Denise (weaver) and Esther (ceramicist)'s work, too - they'll be here with me!
I made a quick little reel of my display here if you want a full tour! My friend Shane Harris made the STUNNING gold sign with my name on it at the end (that is HAND PAINTED!!), my new housemate Mark made the GORGEOUS floral arrangements (?!?!! Best Housemate Award), and our beloved Joy Bridy, who won't be on the tour with us this year, made those breathtaking vessels that the flowers are in. So if you're here in person, look closely; you're surrounded by local artists who aren't even in the room. :)
