I know I'm late on this video, but once I started this workout which was like 4-5 months ago, it's been amazing, and I will continue this journey for you guys. Zeb and Jason you guys are my idols. I actually made a YouTube with the homie and the reason I started the duo was because of you guys, but other than that I been wanting to do it. Used to do mma, always late to class…coach yell out…200 ON THE ABS…Everytime for the past year it throws me back to those days. So i do it in his honor All of that is besides weight training or mma.
