I know I'm late on this video, but once I started this workout which was like 4-5 months ago, it's been amazing, and I will continue this journey for you guys. Zeb and Jason you guys are my idols. I actually made a YouTube with the homie and the reason I started the duo was because of you guys, but other than that I been wanting to do it. 300 push-ups. (40+35+30+25+20 =)150 morning, 150 before bed/before fucking…literally makes me an feel like a savage beast. 200 on the abs. Used to do mma, always late to class…coach yell out…200 ON THE ABS…Everytime for the past year it throws me back to those days. So i do it in his honor All of that is besides weight training or mma. Honestly, daily routines r more for u mindset as a man than a “goal” or hitting a number of reps
