I just hopped out of my warm bed to re-write the text I sleepily wrote below this update, as it was misleading! All I meant to say was, a week was a long time to drag out this proposal and her response... but, here we are.

I had to come back to read it a 2nd time and really zoom in to appreciate all the care you took with the exterior of the apartment.
