Dumb little comic, and a note about April…

I haven't touched a bra in a week. What's really stupid is, I've worked from home for 15 years now and never NEEDED to wear a bra, but this is the week that made me go "ah fuck it, why?!" Maybe it's solidarity with my fellow bra-abandoners suddenly working from home that made me finally kick the habit.
Hey, it didn't occur to me until a few hours ago that tomorrow is April, and that I'd wanted to talk about your patronage for the next month uuhhhhh BEFORE the next month. So here it is (scroll down for aTL;DR:):
I know plenty of people haven't had any changes to their employment, finances, etc. (unless we're counting toilet paper currency), and if you're one of them, that is GREAT.
But I know a lot of people whose job security is up in the air, or already in the trash. If you're one of those people, please drop your pledge for as long as you need to!! I will most likely be okay. Elephant Town is slated to start in May (YEEEEEEEE), and I'm betting that the new people who want to subscribe to it will make up for anyone who can't afford to. (As for April, I've got savings, and I'm resourceful!)
Which brings me to my next point: I'd like to make the first four chapters available for free. I figure people need entertainment right now, during a time when a lot of people's wallets are filled with question marks, and at the moment I feel the same way about charging for comics as I do about bras: "ah fuck it, why?!"
SO. If you're nervous about your finances but don't want to miss out on the new comic, you won't! When you drop your pledge, just make sure you "follow" me on Patreon so you still get any public updates I make.
(Did you know "following" was a thing here? I didn't! Apparently there are 1,200 of you people "following" me and seeing any posts I make public. THANK YOU FOR FOLLOWING ME, YOU WONDERFUL FOLLOWERS, I fuckin see you don't think I don't.) (Actually I don't, I don't see you I don't know how to navigate the Patreon website at all.)
As promised, a TL;DR:
- fuck bras
- don't feel guilty if you need to drop your patronage
- Elephant Town will be free to read until at least, like, September
- if you unsubscribe, MAKE SURE YOU "FOLLOW" ME whatever tf that means
- oh yeah and Elephant Town will start in May AAAAAAAAAA
Last but not least, I hope you're all feeling healthy and are hanging in there, and whatever your situation, that you've been able to find little silver linings here and there to remind you that not EVERYTHING sucks. And I hope you have something soft to wipe with.

On the bra subject, I'm with you! I'm in Florida, so I've started my annual migration to bikini tops for times when I don't need a "work bra". Such a relief!
