So yes Kenny has a sister, Karen. Unlike normal Karens, she's actually sweet. Her real first episode is The Poor Kid but I wouldn't watch The Poor Kid just yet as it spoils one of the biggest surprises in all of South Park. It's an arc starting from season 13 around about that also references a brilliant bit from 200 and 201. But I digress. π
