Sail over the meat horizon across the seven seas of sauces and seek ever more exotic meat sweats! There's a Brazilian churrascaria chain near me that's absolutely fantastic... they have people walking around with skewers of meat, and you just have them cut a slice off if you want that particular piece. Sirloin, prime rib, lamb, pork sausage, bacon wrapped chicken, filet mignon, etc. They also have the most impressive salad bar in the area... flown in fresh daily. It's a bit spendy at $75 a plate for the full all you can eat experience, but highly recommended if you're in Minneapolis or anywhere else they have a restaurant. Fogo De Chao.
