Loved Claire's imitation of Dermot. Had me roaring. But agree with Erik. It's so hard to judge hot sauces just on chips, since food really does bring out the flavors, and they tend to have different flavors with different foods. Also understand why that can't be a thing here.

2022-03-30 04:14:49 +0000 UTCI always feel bad that they can't taste this kind of thing on hot food. I know why that's difficult, of course. That was the problem with the taco bell sauces, too - the heat activates the flavors. I think these would taste quite different (and much hotter) on e.g. tacos.
