It's pudding/pie filling (says on the box) and I think more than half the people who use it do so as a part of a dessert like a pie or crumble. Good variety of flavors, but I don't think those are the most popular ones... no butterscotch, dark chocolate, swirls? We're going to have to do a part 2 :)
