Glad you and your wife will be around Robert. Yeah, you can't take any of this too seriously, we have learned a lot about people on social media. There are just some lovely people who spread joy and there are miserable self-loathing people who want to inflict pain. Guess which ones we allow in? :-)

Hi Johnny, Thank you for considering becoming a patron! You are not showing up as a member. I don't handle that stuff but I would guess that you were not charged or it just didn't go through. Please check whatever account you used to make sure you were not charged. Nothing showing on this end. Sorry you are having trouble with Patreon :-)

I have joined your monthly subscription for $20 a month. Have not received anything and when I go to your patreon site I am not showing up as a member. Only did this a few days ago. Is there a time lag before I begin to know what I have access to etc.? Thank you

Dear Jen and Exoman Thank you so much for the kind words. My wife and I have decided not to pull our support for your Patreon account and will continue to support your videos. We will also still follow you on youtube, twitter, vidme, facebook and of course instagram. Our decision last week to cancel our support was the result of our being overly emotional and reacting before thinking it through. we love you guys.

Hi Robert, I am so sorry to hear such bad news. I am so sorry to hear that you lost your precious daughter and I cannot even imagine the pain of that kind of tragedy. I am sorry for the attack on you by a troll. I am also very sad that I will not get to hear your witty and thoughtful comments any longer. I always enjoyed the notes you posted. As soon as I saw that post yesterday, I banned that Patron Chris P from my Patreon account. It's one thing when they attack me but it's unacceptable when they attack a patron like you. Thank you for all of the support you offered my channel, It was really nice having you around and I am really sad that these trolls win in the end. As much as I do so enjoy all your videos and love the interaction that you have with your followers I am afraid that I am not as thick skinned as you and Jen are. After posting a comment on one of your more recent videos in which I commented on how much my wife and I love you guys and how affected we were by the recent deaths in Manchester, I received a very petty and rude comment from your follower Chris P asking me if quote '' I could kiss ass more''. Normally, I would just ignore such narrow minded idiot behavior but this time it hit too close too home. The Manchester atrocity of having to watch parents mourn their children brought back the pain that my wife and I had to endure 5 years ago when we lost our 16 year old daughter to a UTV accident. We watch your videos to be entertained and have fun not to be attacked without provocation by Chris P who we have never met or ever care too. We will be cancelling our Patreon support so we wont have to deal with him any more. I want you to know that we do not hold you responsible in any way for his behavior and applaud your videos for what they are. We wish you only the best and we apologize for having to take this action.
