Roemer towards the end of the 19th century is still a gem for polyglots/multilingual people trying to improve, practice and even learn 4 of other most popular western languages. The book is 5 volumes each in a single language, all identical. The book is quite useful not only for those based in all the five languages but for those fluent even in one of these 5 languages. (For the reasons you can understand, we had to pick English as the reference language as was the case for the author himself.) As for how the book can/should be used, on what principles it is based, etc. see the pretty long introduction written by the author for each volume. As other old books mostly forgotten or at least not as popular as they deserve, 5 volume Polyglot Reader by Roemer seemed to us to be a great resource for everyone interested in learning any of these languages. Thus, as Ayan Academy, we decided to record it in 5 languages and make practically useful videos out of them.
