Update?

Hi!

So uh, this is probably gonna be a long one and I don't really expect all of You to read it, but that's fine.

So, first of all, yes, there won't be a Patreon video this week. Also I might be slowing down the uploads this month. This is due to me having to take extra hours at work, including the weekend.

In other news, I've been posting content here for over a year now! The anniversary kind of just rolled over without me noticing. And this is making me think.

Is the content I make really good? Is it worth You guys spending Your money on? How could I somehow improve it? Well, these are mostly questions for You guys. Pretty much all of the feedback I've been receiving so far has been positive, however positive feedback doesn't really help me in improving my work. It does however feel good to know that my work is appreciated, and 'd like t thank You all for that. <3

I do have some plans on how to improve, however, there are some problems.

One idea is to make longer videos that take You deeper and do more while You're down deep in trance. This however would require me to spend significantly more time on the scripts, writing full deep dive sessions instead of quick in-effect-out types of scripts. The free time I have for writing the scripts is limited with me having a full time job, and having to take up extra hours sometimes, as well as Y'know, wanting to do stuff other than just working and sleeping. The only solution I can see for this is tuning down the upload frequency. This would mean that instead of (mostly consistently) one upload a week would go down to one video every two or even 4 weeks. This would not however affect the youtube uploads, as they require consistency to stay relevant in the eyes of the algorithm. Another issue with this solution would be that the time You can potentially go without getting a video You find interesting for much longer, which would involve a much higher investment risk for You guys. Obviously, having much more time in the week would be an easy fix, but as it is now, I cannot simply quit my full time job and make content full time instead. This is obviously because of the fact that my office job pays me much more per month than You guys on Patreon. This could obviously change as more people join, but I don't expect it to change anytime soon unless my page somehow explodes overnight.

Another improvement I've been considering was improving the visual side of my content. This also has some major issues with it. Improving my editing would require me to spend time learning and experimenting, and as I have stated before, I don't really have much time I'm willing to invest into that at the moment. This could also be done by me investing a ton of money, which I am willing to do, into a VR setup and a V-tuber model. This would allow me to make my videos feel more personal and let You guys stare at something other than a spiral. The only problem here is if You guys would like that as an improvement, so any feedback regarding that is highly appreciated. Another slight improvement would be to work a little more on the thumbnail of my videos, adding little sketches that help to give the idea of what the video is about. This would require me to either improve my digital drawing or, more realistically, to find an artist willing to make these drawing for me. The latter option would also require another step, which would be to set up a company, which as you can imagine, is quite a hustle, especially with accounting. Overall, I think that's a good idea for the future, but not yet.

Last option of improvement I've been thinking about is expanding my content to more than hypnosis. This of course is extremely vague and dependent on what sort of content You precious beans would like to see. This also requires a lot of feedback from You.
