That should be possible, but I'll need to experiment with the model and see that it's not breaking anything. I added this to the backlog: https://trello.com/b/H0HWhals/hexroll

2022-12-04 12:43:25 +0000 UTCMaybe another solution would be to just allow the user to hard define the regions and number of hexes per but ignore the actual location. 2 forest regions of 8 hexes, 2 plains regions of 6 hexes, 3 mountain regions of 4 hexes, etc. Then it generates the contents to fill in the regions and hexes...

2022-12-02 02:21:33 +0000 UTCThe only control you currently have over map generation is the probability, scale and packing method of the different biomes. If I understand you correctly, you already have the hex map and you want Hexroll to populate your hexes with features, dungeons, settlements, etc. I'll need to dedicate some thought to this but it might be something I will need to support in some form or shape if and when I write the continent builder :)

2022-12-01 23:12:05 +0000 UTCThanks for creating and sharing this cool tool. Happy to support. Subscribed a bit late for this AMA. Love what Hexroll does. I have started using Hexroll for the depth and interconnects it builds within the world. Is there any way Hexroll could allow some influence over the land mass. I have a core map with a few locations. I would love it if I could fill in a few details and let it build from there.
