There are some new stricter rules applied as from 21st March 2019 (You can read more about them in the Pinned post on the portals). They are to ensure fairness for long time patrons, basically: 

1 - If a patron cancels their pledge, I'll have to remove them from the portal immediately after their cancellation. 

2 - Stricter rules for NEW* VIP patrons (only gain access to the rewards for the month they pledge).
