Yeah, but I've also seen a LOT of creators not taking it seriously and just skating by assuming that the current TOS that got put in place like 2 years ago is still going to protect them, and are completely ignoring the reality that in 2025 the rules constantly change and literally seem to not matter. I don't know how anyone can trust anything.

Hopefully itch doesn't completely destroy NSFW on its platform and limits their crackdown to the truly most extreme stuff and most people get to continue as normal... But it's a really bad precedent and I still don't trust anything. Substar, luckily, isn't beholden to payment processors because their payments go through different companies and/or directly to bank accounts through wire transfer, it's sort of what their whole business model was based around. I think they're safe for now, but hopefully it stays that way.
