Chocobo Queen Cindy! (WIP + $2 Tier Reward Update!)

And man, I won't pretend that's the best Chocobo ever drawn, but considering I've never tried to seriously draw anything bird-like in my life, and that that was more or less a first-try, yeah. I'll take it.
Also, AHH! WIPs like this are now a $2 reward! Centurions still get Hi-Res & Alternate versions and all the other discounts, but hopefully this will give some more people incentive to come in at $2, even if they don't want to go the full $5+! At the very least it'll be a bit of a trial to see how it goes.
