General Ts & Cs

All prices are in USD

Payments are up-front and non-refundable, However I do not send you the invoice until I am ready to start your commission, so you aren't left wondering when I'll get to it. If you've paid, it means I am working on it.

You CAN team up with someone to split the cost of a commission, HOWEVER, you need to work out how to get the full payment to one of you, and that person will make the payment to me. I Do Not Accept payments from multiple sources. 

• If you have absolutely no choice and no alternative, I may accept payment from multiple sources by my own discretion, however there will be an added cost of $10 to each payment source.

All commissions will be posted as updates unless you choose to keep it Private at an extra cost (See Extras below)

All commissions will be paid via PayPal email invoice. ONLY PayPal is Accepted at this time.

Methods

You can approach a commission one of two ways (this does not change the price at this time).

A) Your Concept! If you have a specific idea, you can ask for it and most likely I'm happy to do what I can to match your vision. With that said, often times I need some degree of control over the picture in order to make it as good as it can be. This may include cropping the character a certain extent (which is taken into consideration in the pricing), turning a head or a face or body a certain way where some of it is hidden, or adapting something from your reference in my own way (most often happens when the reference is a MMO character picture), it can really be anything. If there are certain things you have to have in the picture, of course you can let me know and we can prioritize what's most important and figure it out. 

Any creative choices like that are never arbitrary, these are things I've learned and studied over time in order to improve my art, if I come back to you with feedback, please understand that I am not trying to be difficult, I'm just trying to make sure you get the best quality for what you're paying. And as you have decided to commission me, and I am the foremost expert on what I am and am not able to do for my commissioners, I strongly would urge you to defer to that experience! 

Also, by doing it this way, you also get an "Approval Check" after the lineart is done where you get one chance to make any MINOR adjustments to the lineart ("I want her to have longer hair", "Can you make her boobs bigger", that sort of thing. Major changes will not be allowed as that should all be made clear before the process starts). After that approval is given, I finish the picture and there are no more changes, aside from fixing any errors when possible.

B) Leave it to Me! Give me the characters you want, tell me where you want to see them if that matters to you, and tell me a little bit about the characters and then just set me loose! I will come up with the concept, the pose, the angle, the lighting, alllll of that boring stuff, you leave that to me and I guarantee you the best results. There is no "Approval Check" for this method, however if you still want to see the lineart when it's done, I'm happy to keep you updated!

Costs

Base Commission Cost: $125

• INCLUDES: One character, full color, full background, NSFW (SFW Available at extra cost as a variant). Resolution will be designed for 4K resolution with a smaller version also provided. NSFW pictures can include a single messy/cum variant for free if the concept allows for it (Specify how much you want for this before starting).

Extras: 

Characters:

• +$75 each additional character

*Secondary characters may be cropped to a certain degree to maintain overall quality, this is already reflected in the price of the additional characters. Your commission should have a Main Subject/Character that is the focus. This is not always the case, but it is a possibility

Private Commissions

•  +100% of Commission Total - Private Commission, it will not be shared with anyone but you. 

Per Character Affected

• +$50 for Alternate Hair Styles, Facial Expressions, Complex extras (ie detailed armor, wings, large or intricate tattoos, etc)
• +$75 for Alternate SFW/Clothed Version (If NSFW commission)

Anything not mentioned here will have to be determined by it's complexity on a case by case basis.

Re: Cum versions, every comm gets a free cum variant if applicable. If you want a 3rd version with even more or less, that is extra. If you want a lot or a little from the get-go, please specify that to avoid misunderstandings as I tend to unintentionally err on the more conservative side of spoo-amounts.

Patron Perks

If you're a patron of mine here, you get a discount depending on your tier!

• Centurions ($5) get a "Tier I" 5% + $5 discount
• Super Soldiers ($10) get a "Tier II" 10% + $5 discount
• Honor Guards ($15) get a get a "Tier III" 15% + $5 discount 
• Nero's Nutjobs ($20) get a "Tier IV" 20% + $5 discount

For example: For a Centurion, a $125 commission would get 5% off the total, then an additional $5 off from that.

Super Soldiers ($10) and higher tiers get Batch Priority! If you are a $10, $15 or $20 pledge, and your commission is picked for a batch, your commission will get priority to get done first. The higher the pledge, the higher priority! 

• Note:  This does not affect which commissions are and are not picked for a batch, only which order they will get done in if/when multiple commissions are selected in a group)

Split-Payments may be offered to repeat commissioners only, on a case-by-case basis that is up to me and depending on the commissioner's situation, I may not be able to offer it at all times.

Won't Draw?

• Futa. I have been lenient on this in the past, but at this time I'm making it outright clear. I have nothing against futa, trans, intersex, whatever have you in the absolute slightest, I believe strongly that everyone is free to live their own truths. Futa is simply not the content I wish to make, that's all.
• Anything Overly Off-model for established/fanart characters (ie;  Samus with weather-balloon boobs). A little bit of exaggeration is OK  but I prefer to draw characters the way they were intended by their  creators.
•  Extreme content. It really is a case by case thing, but if you're not sure if your idea falls under this, ask!
• Hyper-proportions (Bimbofication, impossible or unrealistic body shapes (A 6 inch waist and enormous chest/rear, etc). Just... no. Sorry, not at all interested.
• Furry (Only because I’d be shite at it, not because I have a problem with it)
• Scat & Watrersports. Hard nope.
• Underage (The rule is simple: If the character looks under 18, then  it's no-go. Rukia being 150 years old but looking like she's 12 is a  perfect example.). May consider commissions with 'aged up' versions of characters, case-by-case. They would need to look like adults in the final piece either way.
• Gore/Vore/Excessive Blood or Violence. Little bit of blood is fine - like someone's been in a scrape, or that typical 'bloody lip' look, etc. But unless it's got actual artistic merit (like, say, a vampire pinup in a pool of blood), no thank you.
• Breast-milk. Oddly enough, the one I get the most, even though I've never drawn it - I don't really have a reason, just not interested.
• Yaoi. Like Futa, No problem with it, just not overly interested and don't have the audience for it.
• Mecha or Very Detailed/Excessive Armor (think lots of little intricate pieces).
• Real People. References are Fine, but not explicitly “This Person”.  Characters that have a face model, or are portrayed by an actress will  be stylized to look similar but not exactly like the person. Real, actual, ordinary people is a No. Even if you are the person asking to be drawn, or a significant other, No.
• Adding your characters to my OCs Canon. I am happy anytime anyone wants to draw my characters with their own, I LOVE those commissions and I'll accept them 9 times out of 10. However, in no way does doing that constitute adding your character to my own character's story or canon and vice versa. They're just considered One-Offs, What Ifs, or that sort of thing.
• MMO Screenshots alone are not usable as a reference. You can still use them, but you'll have to provide additional references or descriptions so that your characters look can be properly unique.
  

And of course, I hold the right to decline a commission for any reason at any time. I won't agree to a commission unless it's something I sincerely want to do anyways.

Generally  speaking with the work I’ve done it should be relatively easy to figure  out what kinds of things I would and wouldn’t draw, but if you’re not  sure, just ask!
