I have fulfilled a request that people really wanted. As you can see, I have recreated a preset that successfully mimics the shape of my Classic Physique torso. So now you can wear clothes without your sims bodies changing. I fixed the turtle neck issue with my last preset also.
I also created a nice new torso mesh which does not change the size of the torso, but adds some detail that the preset won't provide due to the limitation of not being able to add polygons to them. This adds some ab definition and pec, along with larger obliques.
If you're not a fan of the obliques, then you can just unequip the top at any time! You still retain the shape of the sim.

I also improved clothes compatibility by moving vertices more sparingly so that it doesn't warp when wearing things like vests.
For the legs, I increased the calf size. I also did some altering to the shape of the thighs. The buttocks are also reshape to look more defined.

Although I may make the ankles slightly thinner. I'll release this for Contributors to test out soon and see if they can provide input or troubleshooting.
Right now, I am making it so that once you click on the preset, you don't have to make any changes.
I will see if I can mess with normals to make some nice bumpmaps. However no promises.
