Tiny Convenient Note

Here is a tiny convenient note as a reminder of previous info about the Loyalty Program Reward + Kickstarter Reward + the new booklet. I'm receiving many private messages about these that make me think some of you may have missed previous posts.

As an exception I'm closing comments on this one. I'm trying to simplify my process by providing a post that can suit everyone's case for the time being. Thank you for your understanding and attention. <3

LOYALTY PROGRAM :
1. All you have to do is follow these guidelines.
If you haven't received a reply to your email, it is not because you did something wrong, and you have not been forgotten. 
Alex and I are preparing a few hundreds of enveloppes for the rewards, and I'm alone to manage the Loyalty Program inbox and the Kickstarter inbox. You are just in the waiting room, but don't worry, there is nothing wrong. As long as you followed the guidelines, you are good.
2. As long as you've reached the 12 months milestone, you can send the email. Even if your last point sticker is still missing for some reason. We have your history.
3. Tier 3 Members will also receive the address where they will be able to send their cards for signing, along with the rest of my reply.

KICKSTARTER REWARD :
1. All you have to do is follow these guidelines.
You will receive an automatic message that explains everything. As long as you do what the auto message is asking you to do, you are all good.
2. If you haven't received your playmats yet, please wait until you receive them so you can follow the guidelines for the reward. Do not worry : you will never arrive too late, there is no limit date. There will always be a Dragon token kept aside for you until you receive your KS items!
3. If you haven't received your KS playmats yet, please note that this is not because OMA are not doing their job correctly. That's because Ultra Pro got overwhelmed by the KS success and had to deal with more playmats to print than expected, while still having to deal with their usual orders with their usual clients. OMA people are shipping the playmats they receive from UP immediately, each time they receive a new batch.
4. If you have any question about your playmats, I'm not really the good person to help you. OMA are organizing everything, and are the ones who send you your orders. They are your main contact of you have any question, so please don't hesitate to talk to them.
