General Update

Hi all. I thought I'd let you know what the status is on my videos right now. I'm actually working on three things simultaneously.

1: Writing parody music for an anime. Some of the music I'm writing is accompanying an animated sequence but it appears that it might be a few weeks before the animators have completed their work on it, so I'm moving over to something else until their work is ready. I'm really enjoying this particular video. It's very unusual!

2: I'm also creating a long overdue video about the piano trio - and why I love it. This will focus on how the ensemble works and how to write for it effectively. It will feature some music from a short piece I had performed in the National Concert Hall in Dublin in 2019 (link below for newer Patrons who haven't heard it ).

3: I'm writing some metal music for a new '5 Composers' video on David Bruce's channel.

I have a feeling all three videos will be ready around the same time :) I'll document my progress with each over the coming days and weeks.
