Update on Dorico

Hi everyone. Just thought I'd check in. So... it has been 5 months since I released and the good news is that I think we are looking at less than two weeks before the new one is out.

When I started the Dorico video, I wanted to take the review format as far as I think it can go: exploring how design decisions are made and how difficult it is to build interactive notation in greater detail than before. I also wanted to show real user-testing in action along with some more detailed design suggestions of my own. Any one of these things would have taken up a normal video in its own right and I think I've probably made around six videos in one.

...which is obviously too much and I'm not intending on doing it again. Once this is out, I have a series of much shorter videos planned, along with a bunch of collaborations too.

Two are already in production: one with David Bruce and another with Ben Levin.

Also, thanks very much for sending me so many questions for my Q&A. I'm planning on responding to those once the Dorico video is finally out.
