NO Bloody Whistling!

So I might as well do a post for my new mods. I cannot stand whistling, it goes beyond a pet peeve and makes me have a meltdown. I HATE IT MORE THAN I HATE FEET. So I made a mod to make sims stop whistling while showering and gardening. Why? Because I can! Plus I got sick of scrolling away from them just to avoid the sound.
So here is no whistling while gardening or showering for patch 1.82!
