The largest ever scammer arrests

Yes!

After I released a video last year about a Pig Butchering scam in Dubai, the UAE police took notice and raided the building. Not only that, but they following up their intelligence leads to raid more buildings and even captured the head of the Chinese gang.

Absolutely amazing work. I'd like to hope that the video embarrassed the police or the royal family into action. In all, 2-3,000 people were arrested with the majority deported. The ring leaders were jailed and more than $20 million was recovered.

I can only hope that this is an example of what can be done.

And this is all with thanks to YOU - my supporters.
Although I say it a lot, I would not be able to do any of this without your support. THANK YOU!

The largest ever scammer arrests

way to go, Jim

Awesome take down

Tiffany Bolt

So satisfying. Sad the only impact was deportation. These people and their leadership need to do hard time and be stripped of all assets.

Yes - I only wish I could help more with this, but as I said in the video, it would literally take an army to release some of the captives there. I've been contacted by some people working there and I've attempted to reach out to authorities to see the best way to help. Their view is that it needs a government change or coup to actually make a difference. In the meantime, the Chinese gangs have the upper hand there.

Fantastic appreciate all to do to stop these scams!

Nick Cress

This is just awesome Jim, top class 🙇🏻‍♀️

Joodles

Once again, Jim - the reason I support you is to take these guys down and you are doing it in spades. Congrats on this and look forward to future take-downs!

Sorry to (somewhat) highjack the conversation, can you point me to a simple guideline on how to manage a relative being scammed? I know I'm angry at the scammer right now, and I don't want to lash out at the relative.

George Schizas

This is fantastic, Jim. It just goes to show how important your work is and what an impact it can have - not just from educating people, but also with incredible results like this. So pleased to be able to support you.

Alastair

Brilliant work, Jim! If only the Indian police were so proactive!

Steve Thompson

You’re a Rockstar Jim Browning!!

Best news I’ve had in a long time. So satisfying to see the scammers held accountable and suffer consequences. As news of this spreads, hopefully will act as a significant deterrent. Maybe other countries will be socially/ politically engineered to follow suit. Thank you for your past and ongoing efforts. You obviously make a difference!

As for the scammers that got deported, it is possible that they didn’t know what they were signing up for when they first took the job. I’ve seen another video in a different channel that explained that in many cases the scammers are victims themselves and are human trafficked into it. They are given a job offer with a vague description and their passports are seized by their boss after they show up and are not allowed to leave. I have no sympathy for the scammers who knew what they’re signing up for or who had the chance to quit after they started working. But I do sympathize with some of the scammers who were deceived into taking up this job and didn’t have an avenue to quit, essentially becoming slaves.

Wow!

"F" yeah! Its about time. Congratulations Jim!

Seem like a little thing to say, always worth it

This is such a great video! Btw, you do affect the scam world, even only by educating people. But also, yes, I am 100% sure your pervious video had something to do with the arrests in this case. When the coincidences are this big, there's likely a correlation. I do want to offer the benefit of the doubt to some of those workers. It's highly likely that, just as your source, they were not aware what the job was prior to starting the work. And once you are in a particular situation, it might seem difficult to get out. Having said that, seeing how successful this business is, I would say most of them accepted what they were doing and went along with it just fine. I almost giggled at the idea that you would knowingly call a scammer to "make a life" in the UK :D Keep up the great work, Jim!

Simona Popa

Fantastic result, great work Jim.

StuartC

I'd like to think the video had something to do with it. I can't be totally sure, but I don't think the raids on those exact locations are a coincidence.

Jim Browning

It shows what a country can do if there isn't a lot of corruption and a real desire to get rid of scams.

Jim Browning

Thank you Eliska.

Jim Browning

Thank you Matt. I appreciate the support.

I've seen some changes recently in India. The police in Kolkata seem to be cracking down on large call centers engaged in fraud. So much so, that nearly all of the scams I see in that city are from isolated/home-working groups.

Jim Browning

Thank you so much for sharing this incredible news, and thanks for all you did to help make the arrests happen!!

Terry Moore

What a great result Jim! Now if only the Indian police could do the same, but I won’t hold my breath.

Brian Ramsey

You're doing great work, duration is not a matter as you're doing great work exposing these scammers, take your time Jim, much love 🤙

KnockKnockitstheKGB

Wonderful!

MJ

Long overdue, I know. I had to sit on this one for quite a while (more arrests!)

Jim Browning

Thank YOU for the work you do
