Calling the DK Business "Helpdesk"

I spoke to "Adam Bradford". I decided to ask for a victim to have her money back by confronting "Adam" with his company's fraud. I decided to mention a few of their employee names too, just to freak him out a little. Enjoy!

He actually made one valid point, which is, if Windows Defender does everything other anti-virus programs do, then why is there a market for people to buy the third party ones, when they already have Defender built in?
