Scammer arrested after I exposed him

Hi Jim - I have always appreciated your work and never more so than today - I just heard that a dear friend was scammed out of 10 thousand dollars- and he’ll have to declare bankruptcy 😔. It never occurred to me that not everyone knows about this stuff - I figured everyone watches - well, painful lesson learned - please please please - everyone- keep talking it up - protect each other-

The very best thing to do when you get this stuff is just to delete their approaches and not appear to respond in any way that they can see. Complaining just identifies you as an active target.

Could something be done about yandex.ru. These dbags bought my info and proceeded to phish nd spoof of my email. I complained and then they blasted me. I was get hundreds of spam emails daily for months. My FB got hacked, my phone got doxed. "Agencies" accepted my complaints but did NOTHING to deter yandex. I have since tried to drop that email address but google won't delete it completely.
