I worked at a elderfolks-home, and I very often overheard them being scammed, where i had to help them. Once i get rich (if so) i will support more, in currency i mean! I used to work for legitimate call centers and when I got a call like this I would ask the caller to call back with their son or daughter. This worked 100% of the time. Legitimate call centers never scream, swear, or abuse the elderly.

Part of the point of the repeats is to imitate a person suffering from senility. I’ve experienced this type of conversation with someone who is suffering. Not exactly word for word but I can see how this would at minimum drive the scammers crazy and maybe remove the number from their list

What surprises me is just how rude these supposed 'customer service' people are. They can't even pretend at politeness while they are trying to rob these innocent people. They are truly loathsome.

Honestly, this is hilarious. I would love to see an actual limited edition vinyl and cassette release of the BEST tech support scam calls. There’s some great talent out there not only doing good things with trying to stop these people, but also being very FUNNY while doing it! I’d love to produce a comedy album of calls like this! I know this a “bot,” but listening to it - someone run with this idea! It would do well on streaming and downloads and a small physical release would do well too!

Hi Jim brilliant idea, I think Lenny should be rolled out more often and made to phone up every scammer and annoy them . O try to work out a way that every time a scammer calls a customer its Lenny they get each time they'd soon get fed up
