Hi, sorry just seen this. What do you mean "cable account"? You mean an iPlayer account? The BBC is a government funded and completely free. Sign up and look up a fake address to get a valid postcode (our version of zip codes).
2020-10-18 00:05:07 +0000 UTCI was able to access it from the US with a VPN. However, then BBC wanted me to input credentials for a cable account I certainly didn't have credentials for.
