Challenging the owner of Vintage Solution LLC

I uncovered a stash of mp3 files on a scammer's PC. They were recordings of a different scam company called Vintage Solution LLC. The recordings seemed to be being used as training material for other scammers because there was a colour-coded spreadsheet of successful and unsuccessful scams.
In a lot of the recordings, the victims were asked to send money to a US address in New Jersey. It turns out that this address belongs a U.S. owner of Vintage Solution LLC... one Stephen Chmielowiec.
Stephen seems to have a background in real estate and solar power ... just search for Stephen Chmielowiec on Facebook and Google.
So I called Stephen to see what he would tell me about his company. I think you'll find this recording quite revealing. I will mention it in a forthcoming video about Gift Scam scams and you'll see the link there.

2019-10-15 12:55:33 +0000 UTCHi Jim, me again, I didnt think there was a scam running in Ireland but I think I got one today. my phone rang and I answered it, but instead of hearing anything my phone rang them and when it answered it was a woman speaking Hindi. But for the fact that I have a pay as you go phone I wouldn't have noticed that it was a premium line and it randg ALL afternoon.. I blocked +24732321 and immediately +24732323 rang..then..athe number ending in 325.

I would think the US authorities could, at the very least call him, and let them know they are looking into his practices...and if its money laundering they will be going to jail for a long time. Perhaps Steve might be motivated at that point to terminate his affiliation with these Indian scammers.

That’s a great recording. I don’t think it matters which state he’s in as I’m pretty sure wire fraud is a federal offence. Look forward to hearing the follow up recording. New Jersey has very lax regulations and oversight, much like the state of Delaware.
