This is even better: I was on the phone the other day and another call came through on "call-waiting." The caller ID indicated it was coming from MY NUMBER!

Jim: You are providing a critical service. A while ago I received four jars of lidocaine from a drug store in Tennessee. In the package was a "bill" for my $5 copay. The town I work for is self-insured, so I called Blue Cross who processes claims. The guy in the fraud department said they had already paid the claim: $1,400 for something you can get in Walmart for $5 bucks.

Jim, I really think you are *The* Clint Eastwood in the concept of beating scammers at their own game. However, as I've said before, you're one guy. For every scammer company you knock down, another two(?) pop up... I wish we could help you to scale up. I'd even consider paying for a virtual live class. I believe there are others that would do it too. I have most of the technical skills - I would just need to fill in some mysterious blanks about some tools you must be using. Imagine if you started an entire "program" for people to work through the levels they need to get closer to what you do. Maybe then we could approach making a real dent??

Thanks for continuing the fight to reduce the number of scammers out there. As always, a thorough investigation. Hopefully the authorities will take some action. I have to admit to smiling a bit when you called and the background was filled with panicked voices. 😄

Great job as usual Jim. Saw the notification and clicked on the video almost instantly. The work you're doing is extremely important in exposing these scammers. I'm blown away by your investigative work and the level of detail you put into your videos. Hopefully the Indian authorities will take you seriously for once.
