No Auto Ask for Advice

This mod is for those with Parenthood and stops your child and teen sims from autonomously bugging their parents for advice! Including at school! Now you can stop those annoying popups asking for advice! YAY!
Conflicts:
This won’t conflict with any mods I know of unless they edit the instance 0x0000000000028111 xml, which I don't know of any.
