Scammers trying to silence me

I occasionally get scammers trying to silence me. One of my videos exposing Supremo Innovations (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hRLoGSmuWXs) was flagged by someone as breaking YouTube's guidance on privacy.

I am quite careful to blur faces of people who I know are heading up scamming organisations because even scammers have the right to change their ways.

At least this time YouTube had an open mind and reviewed the video and determined that the video did not break their privacy guidelines. Well done YouTube. They realized that it was a blatant attempt by a scammer to silence me.

I will always fight these attempts. I know you are all behind me and this helps me a lot.

It goes to show how shameless these scammers are. However, this is a sign of desperation and your work is paying off. You're a threat because you're getting the word out! Please don't stop!

You are a real fighter.

It's a shame they're trying it. But at least they have reviewed it which is one of the main criticisms I've seen from other creators.

It makes a pleasant change.

I did get YouTube to review one video in the case of 'defamation' and despite presenting lots of evidence that this UK company were involved in scams and even the managing director had no issue with the content, because a court order had been made within the UK, YouTube were obliged to restrict the content in the UK. This is the video in question: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ooh6bV8FwTo. What this person doesn't realize is that the content is only restricted in the UK and this accounts for only a small percentage of the people who view the video. Part 2 of the the video is much more damning on the company, so I'm quite happy for the video to remain restricted... it emphasizes that I got to these people and I like it as a badge of honor.

I remember there are a couple of videos with defamation flag and viewers from UK can't see them , did youtube review these videos as well ?

I am not surprised either. I only hope YT for once doesn’t shit the bed and stands by its creators, as in this case you are doing a public service here.

I'm not surprised. Id be more curious how many (false) DMCA strikes have been thrown at you.
