Jean Grey Paper X-men Doll
Added 2021-07-30 15:12:47 +0000 UTCWoot. Finally...I've finished. Apologies it took so long, but I was super stumped with Jean. I know she is a lot of people's girl, and even I adore her, but she doesn't rouse a lot inside me...creatively.
Other than her iconic Phoenix outfit, there weren't many past uniforms that really inspired me. I wanted to give her a little more edge. Update her a bit. My favorite is look #1, with her gigantic mane of hair in a half up-do. Someone said she looks like an Adidas hero which...she does. But I still like it best :P. Look #2 is all about the jacket. Cute, right? You know you'd buy one. Look #3 is a play on the Cerebro unit Professor X wore (wears currently?). Honestly, I don't know the narrative reasons for it in the comics, I just thought it was a cool look. Look #4 is kind of her 60s secret agent look. I gave her that hair and then the rest kinda just fell into place. I was like, oh this is a cute hair-do for her.
