My coach really encouraged me to get used to posting pieces I’m unhappy with. Thinks it would be a valuable practice for me to untether the process from the outcome. Just enjoy and paint and explore and learn. It’s been fun to just jump into a doodle or sketch and be more carefree. Sure it means I might hate what I’m producing but that’s ok too. We can’t love every single thing we do.
