Sorry for the trickle of content, I'm trying to upload what I can while I'm away. I know people wanted to see more of how I sketch and while this isn't a tutorial, or very in depth, I hope you find it soothing to watch. I'm "inking" with Prismacolor Verithins (I'm sure you're getting very sick of me mentioning those).
I should look more into transfer paper because one of the hardest parts about watercolor is sketching out a piece on it. Erasing too much on watercolor paper can disrupt the texture, or your sketch lines will sometimes still remain and be visible in the final artwork. I don’t love the stiffer, less organic line quality I get when I tracing paper, but sometimes I think it’s worth not having the mess left by over-sketching on my paper. Do you have a transfer paper you like that erases well?
