The Proteus Effect 0.6.4 is Now Public!

I've just released 0.7 for Patrons, and that means it's time for 0.6.4 to go public!

Changelog 0.6:
- The very beginning of a new dungeon (more about that below)
- 2 new multi-part H-scenes
- Bunnies now have conversation portraits (including 0.5.x conversations)
- Introduced the recollection room, which lets you see H-scenes you’ve previously unlocked
- New enemy art and aesthetic (and some animated ones)
- New healing minigame
- New abilities for Alex and Ana
- New combat classes and abilities
- A hidden repeatable boss! (How many times can you beat him?)
- Introduced a credits page
- New buildings and areas
- Lots more skits and dialogue
If you get through everything (minus the hidden boss), there’s probably around 1.5 - 2 hours of new content. This release might be called ‘The Combat Release’, since I introduced a lot of combat-related systems, but in spite of that, there isn’t very much actual combat in it. I created the ‘hidden’ repeatable boss in part to give you something to test out the combat against (I also had a lot of fun making him!). I guarantee if you fight him enough, you *will* find him challenging!

I think one of them you may be referring to is the talent show scene, and that's only available at the party (you need to have gotten the starflower for Shiri's punch and drank at least once).

I saw from the pictures that one involves the Elf and the other involves Val and the other seems to be in a black leotard or something. How do I activate these scenes?

2019-01-27 20:29:40 +0000 UTCTo other folks having this issue: I don't know if it's Mojave or the upgraded version of the RPG Maker engine, but if you've never played before on your current system, you'll have to manually create the save directory. You'll need to create the following: 1. In ~/Library/Application Support/ create a folder named KADOKAWA 2. In the KADOKAWA folder, create another folder called 'Proteus Effect'. Saves should work fine after this.
