There was a problem with 0.6.2 - Shiri's conversation portraits weren't showing up - hopefully this will fix it.

Celie is bugged...in final chicken vs frog battle was able to save 3 chickens and now Celie just keeps saying 'The chickens! The chickens!' can't leave area or escape to game menu. oh, playing this version of game.

2018-11-30 14:14:50 +0000 UTCI know. I played a ranger in EQ. I would wait until the tanks had the monster down to 70% before attacking. I still took away agro even with casting anti-aggro spells to reduce agro. So balancing is hard. Another game uses flare to take agro. Have you tried that?

2018-10-07 15:49:07 +0000 UTCThe way to really solve the problem is through the use of a real threat/aggro system. I want to develop one, but given the fact that this game isn't primarily about combat, I'm concerned it may not be a wise way to allocate development time.

2018-10-07 00:14:24 +0000 UTCThere isn't anything I can do about how other programs treat the game, unfortunately. I'm quite confident it's a false positive, but if you have concerns about it, I'd suggest taking the offending file and uploading it to a place like virustotal.com to see what a whole bunch of different antivirus scanners think of it. If you want to play the game, I'd suggest you either: 1. Whitelist the game with Avast (ie, tell Avast not to quarantine it) 2. Play the game from inside a virtual machine (1) would be the easiest, but (2) is a good solution if you're really worried. You can download free, open source VM software like Virtualbox (though you'd probably get better performance from VMWare), install Ubuntu or another Linux distro and play the Linux version of the game. If you're running stuff inside a VM for security reasons, just make sure you properly restrict disk and network access to the host system. Sorry I can't be of more help. Sadly, I can't control what Avast does with the game. :( There's nothing wrong with it that I can see. I use pretty good security practices, so I doubt there's anything wrong with my system unless I'm being targeted by the NSA or something.

2018-10-06 21:22:59 +0000 UTCOk, I repeated the hospital quest and finished it and didn't run into the error. Probably the error only occurs if the player can't heal everyone. May I suggest that you initiate a cool down time before the next time the person can become infected. If there is one increase the time. But I observed the person become infected again after a few seconds. Seems like it should be at least 8 seconds before the random infection occurs.

2018-10-06 20:48:02 +0000 UTCThat's interesting. I just tested it on virustotal.com and it came up with 1/57 (only 1 out of 57 antivirus programs thought it was bad). And Avast wasn't the one that flagged it. I just upgraded to a new version of the engine, which might explain why your system doesn't like it now. Which file in particular did your Avast have a problem with?

2018-10-05 20:46:05 +0000 UTCAlso, right after talking with the doctor I could not start the quest. Had to talk to the mean lady once again. and then the doctor and he said good luck. It seems that the infecting rate is too high.
