Cursed Restraint (Rare)
Debilitating Threat Level
A cursed gag with an appearance comparable to a horse's bridle, this restraint features a traditional locking mechanism and the ability to transform a creature for as long as they wear this item. Upon being equipped to a creature, that creature's body from the waist down becomes that of a horse, giving a creature an appearance akin to that of a centaur. When this gag is unequipped from a creature, this transformation is immediately reversed. For as long as a creature wears this gag, their movement increases by +3 and that creature's increases size causes them to take up two spaces.
However, if another humanoid, angel, demon, or fairy successfully is able to occupy the same space as the back half of that creature's body and rides them, that creature immediately become hypnotized for as long as they are ridden. While hypnotized this way, a creature loses its turn in combat, sharing a turn with the rider. When hypnotized this way, the equipped creature cannot make actions and the rider chooses how to use the equipped creature's movement. Whenever a rider takes damage from any source, that creature must roll 1d6, adding their finesse. If the damage the creature sustained exceeds the total, the creature falls off the equipped creature, being moved to the closest adjacent space.
Collar Of The Royal Canis
Magic/Cursed Accessory (Uncommon)
Debilitating Threat Level
Created under the rule of a notably hedonistic former ruler of Hendrea, Rings of th Royal Canis were created to provide additional power to the ruling class of Canis Beastfolk of the time, while transforming creatures of other races into forms this ruler preferred of his concubines.
Though initially appearing as a plain black collar, if a Canis Beastfolk not transformed by this item dons this collar, it temporarily forms silver spikes around its perimeter while worn, providing the equipped creature with a +2 bonus to their Strength, Mind, and Speed as well as a +1d8 bonus added to diplomacy rolls to intimidate others.
However, if a humanoid creature other than a Canis Beastfolk dons this collar, it becomes a soft shade of pink, locking around the creature's neck until they undergo a ritual of purification. That creature's race becomes Canis Beastfolk for as long as they wear this collar, their hair turning pink and curly as their appearance gains traits reminiscent of a pink poodle. Additionally, the quipped creature gains 1d3 stages of bimbofication while wearing this collar. All transformations caused by this collar are reversed as soon as it is removed from the creature's neck.
Circlet Of Split Ends
Magic Headgear (Rare)
A stylish platinum circlet, when a creature dons this magical piece of headgear, their hair immediately grows an additional five feet, becoming both incredibly luscious and durable. Most notably, for as long as a creature is equipped with this circlet, they may control their hair just as they would a limb. This provides an equipped creature with an additional one-handed action on their turn. This action may only be used to interact with objects, use items, or make a lashing hair attack which functions as a basic whip. When this circlet is removed, the equipped creature's hair returns to its length prior to when the circlet had been worn.
Chiropteran Mantle
Magic/Cursed Accessory (Common)
Inconvenient Threat Level
A magic item commonly found within Luné, Chiropteran Mantles are black cloaks with forms akin to bat wings that allow a creature to fly in a manner akin to Chiropteran Beastfolk. While not initially cursed or dangerous, if a creature wears a Chiropteran Mantle for a collective total of one hour or more, it becomes cursed, integrating itself into the equipped creature's biology, transforming them into a Chiropteran Beastfolk. This transformation may be undone via a ritual of purification, though such a ritual performed on a creature cursed this way destroys the mantle in the process.
Axe Of The Viridian
Magic Axe (Common)
A common magical weapon popular with less-experienced berserkers looking for affordable magic gear to help them in their travels, Axes Of The Viridian were first created by ogre shamans to assist their berserker companions. These weapons tote metal of an unnaturally green shade and function identically to basic axes with the additional benefit of dealing an additional 1d6 earth damage to creatures they hit. While the magic of these axes is easily duplicatable by those who create magic items, due to the manner in which they were first designed, Axes of the Viridian have a unique quirk that magically transforms a creature wielding one into a Viridian Ogre for as long as they hold the axe. As the transformative magic of these axes is rather weak, a creature immediately reverts to their prior form the moment they stop holding this axe.
