Angel Of Eternal Bonds (Alpha 0.1)

Created in order to combat Succubi of Broken Bonds, demons that aim to corrupt pure-hearted couples and replace their relationships with nights of wonton hedonism, an Angel of Eternal Bonds is an angel that strives to strengthen the romantic and platonic bonds between creatures.

If one of these angels perceives a bond that they believe to be strong, they will do everything in their power to help further strengthen it as much as they can. Many happy and long-lasting marriages between adventurers has been in part the result of assistance from an Angel of Eternal Bonds. 

However, if one of these angels finds a creature that it believes would benefit from a strong bond of companionship, it will do all it can to find that creature a romantic or platonic partner, regardless of that creature's desires. While in more mild cases, these angels help lonely travelers find adventuring parties, making life long allies in the process, in other cases, they have been known to take extreme measures including the use of love potions and charming magics in order to try to bring two people together into a bond of love that they wouldn't have otherwise pursued. For this reason, Angel Of Eternal Bonds have garnered the nickname of Matchmaker Angels.

Resistances And Weaknesses: Angel Of Eternal Bonds is resistant to damage dealt by Demons. Additionally, it is immune to the charmed and hypnotized status effects.

Abilities:

Angel Casting: The Angel Of Eternal Bonds knows 5 spells from the Priest spell list. Two of these spells may have an MP cost 15 or less while each other spells it knows must have an MP cost of 10 or less.

Succibi Bane: The Angel of Eternal Bonds adds +3 to all rolls made to hit any type of succubus and each spell or attack the Angel Of Eternal Bonds makes against any type of succubus deals an additional three damage.

Anti-Charm Aura: All creatures within five spaces of the Angel Of Eternal Bonds are immune to charming and hypnotizing effects except those produced by the Angel Of Eternal Bonds.

Bastion Of Bonds: As long as a creature is within ten spaces of the Angel Of Eternal Bonds, if it is within two spaces of a creature it shares a Romantic or Platonic Bond with, that creature adds +1 to each of its combat stats. Married creatures within two spaces of each other that are within ten spaces of the Angel Of Eternal Bonds get +3 to each of their combat stats instead.

Enrich Bond: As a two-handed action, the Angel Of Eternal Bonds can target two creature it can see that share a romantic or platonic bond. That bond is immediately strengthened by one Bond level. A Angel Of Eternal Bonds can only target a given creature with this ability once in its lifetime.

Create Bond: As a one-handed action, the Angel Of Eternal Bonds can target one to two creatures that currently don't have any romantic or platonic bonds that it can see. Those creatures must roll 1d6, adding their resolve. if a creature's total is greater than 12, it is unaffected. Additionally, if a target is asexual, it automatically succeeds this roll and is unaffected. If only one creature is affected by this ability, it becomes indefinitely charmed by the Angel Of Eternal Bonds, gaining the Lovesick personality trait. Once the affected creature forms a romantic bond, it loses this trait and is no longer charmed. If two creatures are affected by this ability, they each gain the Puppy Love trait, immediately form a romantic bond, and are indefinitely charmed. This trait and the charmed condition are removed once the two affected creatures are married. If a creature affected by this ability is dealt any form of damage by a demon, the trait gained through this ability and the charmed condition are immediately removed.

Lovesick: You desperately seek romantic companionship. You automatically fail rolls against being seduced.

Puppy Love: You are obsessed with showing affection towards your significant other and hate nothing more than being apart from them. If you're three or more spaces away from a creature you share a romantic bond with, each of your combat stats are reduced by -1.
