Progress Report

Greetings everyone!

I'd like to start this progress report by reminding you that I'm taking one week off to go on a vacation to a warmer climate in another country. It's the first time I've been out of the country in 4 years or so, and I'm really looking forward to just leaning back and relaxing without distractions from work. I'm leaving on Tuesday, which means I still have the chance to do a little more work before I leave, but I'll be relatively absent for a whole week afterward.

This means that there won't be a progress report next week. After all, there will barely be anything at all to report. I'm also moving next week's character preview for Supermodel up by one day to get it out there while I'm still at home on Tuesday. I'll still check in from time to time on Discord, Patreon, and SubscribeStar, so you can ask questions as usual. It just might take slightly longer for me to respond.

Long Live the Princess

This week, I finally wrapped up all the images and animations for version 0.41 and moved on to writing and coding. Due to getting hit by the common cold, my effectiveness was somewhat reduced, but I still made good progress. There's a fun new scene that is mostly implemented that I'm sure many of you will appreciate. It offers a way to speed up certain things in NG+, giving you greater flexibility on your second go through the game.

Another change is that, in NG+, you can now visit the church and talk to Agnes from the beginning of the game without going through Callie's storyline first. This changes some dialogue in Callie's scene with Agnes if you've already been introduced at the church. It will be nice to finally have a recurring feature that truly separates the NG+ experience from your first playthrough.

Supermodel

Due to my cold, I had to prioritize LLtP this week. As a result, Supermodel didn't really get much attention. However, I keep coming up with scenes and dialogue in my head, which will be a big help later.
