My least favorite part about survival shows is that they lead to the groups fandom starting on a base with toxicity. Whether it’s solo stans or OT(any number less than the full group), the fandoms start out with many fans having negative feelings towards one or multiple members.
As far as I recall the debut was pretty well received, I know the MV went over well. Their album was the highest-selling album by a K-pop group that debuted in 2020. They just had their first world tour late 2022, and it was extended through January/February 2023. They then had their second world tour July-October 2023.
Enhypen is considered fairly successful- pro-order sales continue to trend up, new releases trend on music charts, and they still win awards at music shows, etc. Their comeback last month is probably why they’re suddenly all over all of your social media things.
As far as survival show groups go, I know some of the bigger ones that came from this style of show still promoting are Twice and MONSTA X. I don’t know as much about the group v group fight to debut except for The Boyz and IKON from Kingdom Legendary War.
Yikes that’s a lot of writing, sorry if it’s too much

I-Land was on Viki until very recently. They only removed it about 3 years after it was first broadcast.
Enhypen are very popular and influential idols when it comes to things like tiktok (in 2023, they were the sixth most viewed artists worldwide) and fashion (they are brand ambassadors for Prada and generated $7 million in media impact value, which was the highest media value during Milan Fashion Week).
Their music also sells well as over 1.9 million copies of their latest mini album "ORANGE BLOOD" have already been sold according to Circle chart.
I hope 2024 will be at least as successful.

it definitely rubbed me the wrong way when they were a bit confused at the top 2.
