Agility must be increased first, and then the pieces should fall into place on their own. You need to solve Samarra's secrets and use Remove Inhibitions on her.

Yes i have noticed that myself.. smh..

It's a low priority and will be added late in the project. There's already a ton of work for me to focus on without diving into this spell as well. Add to that the fact that we keep falling well below the funding level where that spell gets implemented on Patreon every single month, then climbing barely above it again by the end, rinse and repeat.
