... Primrose!

And she won by quite the margin too. Here is the final, ordered tally of votes that each of the girls received:

Primrose: 94
Belle: 55
Nell: 38
Callie: 29
Evelyn: 27
Samarra: 3

It was quite fascinating watching the votes come in. In the beginning, the battle seemed to be between Belle and Evelyn, but then Belle pulled ahead considerably. Then suddenly Primrose started to catch up, leaving Evelyn behind. Belle and Primrose kept fighting, tooth and nail, neither gaining an advantage, until Primrose eventually gathered momentum and pulled so far ahead that there was no chance for her competition to catch up.

Primrose winning actually surprises me, but in hindsight, maybe it shouldn't have. Fans of Belle and Nell are more vocal, in my experience. It's funny (and interesting) that Primrose's fans are relatively silent when that's one of Primrose's most blatant character traits too. :)

As promised, I have rendered a bonus image of the winner and included it with this post. It's a full 4k render, but I'm not sure if the Patreon interface will show it in its entirety. To see the image in all its detail, right click and save it to disk to show it in your favorite image viewer.

$10 patrons (and up) will soon (within a few days) be able to read an in-depth post about Primrose and her history in this game, from the moment I got the idea for her character until now. Suffice to say, she has evolved a lot.

We'll have another poll like this at a later date, letting us see how your opinions change as new girls get added, and existing girls get developed further. Poor Samarra stood no chance, seeing as she's the least developed of all the girls so far, but I suspect she'll become more popular once we get to explore her story.
