It has been a week since I started working on the 0.20 update for Long Live the Princess, and I'm making rapid progress. I'm doing things a little differently this time. In hindsight, I feel like I didn't put in enough effort at making Callie's store look good. I'm not going to repeat that mistake with Primrose and the library, so I have put a lot of effort into setting up the locations, lights, and props. The preview image above demonstrates just some of the results, and I hope you agree that it's worth it. This means that I'm not going to be finished quite as fast as I was with 0.15 (that one took me 11 days of work), but there's no reason to believe I will go past the estimated development time of roughly two weeks.
I keep trying to reinvent myself so that things will stay fresh, so don't expect Primrose to function in the same way as Callie. There are unique challenges here, both socially and for spellcasting. 0.20 won't be quite as naughty as 0.15 was, but sometimes you just have to spend a little extra time setting up the foundation so that the payoff will be worth it.
Primrose is a very different girl from Evelyn and Callie, but I hope you will all like her.
By the way, some of you may have heard about the shakeups in certain other adult Patreon campaigns today. I have made some minor changes to the main page of my campaign to avoid any trouble, but I have no reason to expect any. There's no need to worry about the future of this game.
